| 摘 要： | 区域协调发展有利于推动空间资源的优化配置,改变经济发展方式,实现区域经济的合理布局,缩小区域发展差距,实现共同富裕,创建和谐社会。借鉴欧盟促进区域协调发展的成功经验,可以从明确战略目标和规划、构建多层次区域发展协调体系和法律体系、正确处理区域协调中政府与市场关系等多个方面促进我国区域协调发展。

| Abstract: | Regional harmonious development is conducive to the optimization of spatial resources configura?tion,to changing the patterns of economic development,to accomplishing rational distribution of regional econ?omy,to narrowing the gap among regions,to realizing the common prosperity,and to creating a harmonious so?ciety. Lessons from the successful experience of the European Union on promoting regional harmonious develop?ment, in our country it can be done from making clear strategic targets and planning,building multi-level re?gional development coordination system and legal system,well dealing with the relationship between govern?ment and market in regional coordination and so on. |
