摘    要:实践教学环节是巩固理论知识和加深对理论认识的有效途径,是培养具有创新意识的高素质工程技术人员的重要环节;针对食品专业实验教学的现状,积极探讨开放实验室的实验教学模式,着力提高学生的主动性、动手能力和创造力以及科研能力,增强实验教学效果。

Abstract:Practice teaching is effective mean in the theoretical knowledge consolidation and theory awareness,it is an important link of cultivating creative high-quality engineering and technical personnel;experimental teaching mode of open laboratory was explored actively combinating the present situation of experimental teaching,focused on improving the students active participation,ability and creativity,as well as research capacity in order to strength the effect of experiment teaching.
