| 摘 要： | 对注射用水飞蓟宾的制剂进行研究．水飞蓟宾和葡甲胺分别于水浴温度为82℃下以无水乙醇溶解，混合两相溶液于45℃下旋转回收无水乙醇得水飞蓟宾葡甲胺（物质的量的比为1：1）复合物，此复合物与葡甲胺共同溶于水中制成含水飞蓟宾葡甲胺复合物20mg／mL，葡甲胺10mg／mL的药液．药液进行冻干．试验证明此制剂方法在实际生产中可行．

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the preparation of silybin for injection. Silybin and meglumine is dissolved in anhydrate ethanol at 82 ℃, respectively. The compound of silybinmeglumine （ 1 ： 1 ） is obtained by recycling the anhydrate ethanol in the mixture of the two solutions above at 45 ℃. The solution is obtained by mixing the compound （ 1 ： 1 ） and meglumine in water, the concentration of silybin-meglumine （ 1 ： 1 ） compound is 20 mg/mL and the concentration of meglumine is 10 mg/mL. The solution above is freeze-dried. The experiment indicate that the medicine preparation method is feasible. |
