注射用水飞蓟宾的制剂研究

摘    要:对注射用水飞蓟宾的制剂进行研究.水飞蓟宾和葡甲胺分别于水浴温度为82℃下以无水乙醇溶解,混合两相溶液于45℃下旋转回收无水乙醇得水飞蓟宾葡甲胺(物质的量的比为1:1)复合物,此复合物与葡甲胺共同溶于水中制成含水飞蓟宾葡甲胺复合物20mg/mL,葡甲胺10mg/mL的药液.药液进行冻干.试验证明此制剂方法在实际生产中可行.

Abstract:This paper discusses the preparation of silybin for injection. Silybin and meglumine is dissolved in anhydrate ethanol at 82 ℃, respectively. The compound of silybinmeglumine ( 1 : 1 ) is obtained by recycling the anhydrate ethanol in the mixture of the two solutions above at 45 ℃. The solution is obtained by mixing the compound ( 1 : 1 ) and meglumine in water, the concentration of silybin-meglumine ( 1 : 1 ) compound is 20 mg/mL and the concentration of meglumine is 10 mg/mL. The solution above is freeze-dried. The experiment indicate that the medicine preparation method is feasible.
