摘    要:建立了一个适用于体外反搏机理性研究的仿真模型。其中以动物实验数据为依据建立起来的心肺部分模型使整个模型形成了自动闭合系统,自然满足质量守恒定律,从而克服了原有模型的非闭合性。这一模型合理地考虑了动脉和静脉在体外反搏压力作用下的塌陷现象,使其适应研究体外反搏的要求。初步的仿真实验结果表明,该模型可以描述在体外反搏作用下的血液动力学状态.为研究体外反搏的血液动力学效果和作用机理提供了有效手段。

Abstract:Based on the previous work, a simulation model for studying external counter-pulsation mechanism has been established. The newly established heart and pulmonary part of the model makes the whole model closed and satisfying the mass conservation law. Thus, the open loop problem of the previous model has been overcome This model also includes the vessel wall collapse mechanism which is important for external counter -pulsation research. The results of preliminary simulation experiment show that this model can describe hemodynamic behaviour under external counter-pulsation. Therefore, this model provides a useful tool for the study of external counter-pulsation mechanism.
