高师教育实习问题初探

教育实习是师范院校师资培养中的重要环节，然而我国有不少高师院校由于受片面追求“学术性”、“向综合大学看齐”等思想的影响．在教学上不同程度地存在着重知识传授、轻能力培养的倾向，教育实〉-7长期得不到重视。目前，我国的高师教育实习普遍存在观念落后、实习时间仓促、指导流于形式、缺乏稳定实习基地、成绩评定不科学等问题。
