摘    要:在体外实验中,自肠道分离的95株厌氧菌菌株对氯林霉素、甲砜霉素和灭滴灵都比较敏感。用氯林霉素2.5 mg/(d·小鼠)]处理只结合有厌氧菌并能拮抗艰难梭菌肠道定居的悉生小鼠,可引起菌群屏障可逆性的破坏,使艰难梭菌接种物能在肠道中定居繁殖;在艰难梭菌菌数达到一定水平时,可在动物盲肠中检测到艰难梭菌细胞毒素。文中根据实验结果讨论了与抗生素疗法有关的伪膜性结肠炎产生的可能机制。

Abstract:95 strains of anaerobic bacteria from intestinal specimens were used in in vi tro assay . Most of the strains were sensitive to Clindamycin,Thiamphenicol and Metronidazole in the concentrations employed.The in vivo assay was realized in the gnotobiotic mice habou ring only anaerobic bacteria and resisting the intestinal colonization by Clostridium difficile. Th e treatment of Clindamycin (2.5 mg/d.mouse) in the animals caused a reversible destruction of colonization resistance ,C.difficile inoculated after antibiotic treatment could establish in the intestine of mice.When the population of C.difficile in the cecal contents was more than 106 CFU / g ,the cytotoxin of C.difficile in the ceeum was detected by the technique of cell culture. The relationship between the endogenous intestinal anaerobic flora and pseudomembrancus colitis after antibiotic therapy was discussed.
