| 摘 要： | 运用Ｇｒａｓｓｍａｎｉａｎ流形上向量丛的同调理论及Ｓａｒｄ定理、正则值原象定理、唱片引理等微分拓扑理论证明了计划与不完全市场经济体系中计划与市场均衡一般地存在。
