摘    要:为优化棉酚结晶法拆分关键过程——衍生化反应的工艺条件。采用正交设计法,重点考察反应温度、衍生化料液体积、反应时间3个因素对结晶产物收率的影响。衍生化料液体积对反应结晶产物收率的影响最为显著,其次是反应温度和时间。因此可知,优化的棉酚结晶法拆分衍生化工艺稳定、合理可行。

Abstract:To study and optimize on the Key processes of the resolution of the optical active derivatives of gsssypol by crystallization method Conditions of Derivatized. Using the orthogonal design to study the influence of temperature, reaction time and solvent on the yield of recrystallization is investigated. The effects of ratio of reaction solvent on the yield of the product was most remarkable, and next came reaction temperature and time. The optimal process is stable and feasible.
