| 摘 要： | 目的：比较输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术（PL）与体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）治疗输尿管下段结石的疗效。方法：对经PL（PL组）和ESWL（ESWL组）治疗的输尿管下段结石患者的临床资料进行比较。结果：PL组单次碎石成功率为96-3％，ESWL组为62．7％（P〈0．01）；PL组术后4W结石排净率为98．4％．ESWL组为68．2％。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管下段结石的疗效明显优于ESWL。

| Abstract: | Objective: To contrast the therapeutic effect and safety of ureteroscopy Pneumatic lithotripsy(PL) and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(Eswl) in the treatment of distal ureteral calculi.Methods: To investigated the clinical material of the treatment of distal ureteral calculi,191 Patients with PL,201 Patients with ESWL.Results: in PL group 96.3% Patients were successful on the first lithotripsy,62.7% in ESWL group(P<0.01);following PL 98.4% Patients became stone free in 4 weeks,after ESWL the stone free rate was 68.2%(P<0.01);Conclusions: For the treatment of distal ureteral calculi,ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy has a higher stone free rate than ESWL. |
