| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省高校学报经过几十年的发展,学术影响力不断提高。但从总体上来看,存在着发展不平衡的现象,在个体上与其他省份的优秀学报比较,也存在着一定不足。黑龙江省高校学报的办刊原则和高校科研评价体系的矛盾,导致高水平的稿源流失;黑龙江省高校学报的网络数字化、专业化、特色化和品牌化建设还需要加强。

| Abstract: | Higher School Journals are an important component of teaching and research in higher school.Totally,there is one phenomenon,the unbalanced development.Compared with journals in other provinces,we still have a lot of shortcomings.The paper evaluates the situation,that The Journals were indexed by chinese periodical square matrix,chinese core journal and International Six Retrieval System.At last,the paper discusses and advices on developing situation of Higher School Journals in HeiLongJiang. |
