催化形成碳纳米尖端机理的理论研究

摘    要:利用等离子体增强化学气相沉积系统在催化剂的作用下已成功制备出碳纳米尖端,并对其形成机理已有研究,但并不十分清楚.本工作根据有关等离子体和材料热力学的理论,理论研究了碳纳米尖端在催化剂作用下的形成机理.结果表明,碳纳米尖端在催化剂作用下的形成主要是由于催化剂颗粒在电场力作用下的变形所致.

Abstract:Carbon nanotips have successfully been prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition using catalyst and the mechanism of their formation has been studied. But, it has not been well understood. In this work, the mechanism of catalytic formation of the carbon nanotips was theoretically studied by theory related to plasma and thermodynamics of materials. The results indicate that the catalytic formation of the carbon nanotips results from deformation of the catalyst particles by the electrostatic force.
