Abstract:The surface of Ag electrode is roughened by oxidation-reduction cycle(ORG) with different methods in this paper. The adsorption of quinoline, morphology of the Ag surface and SERS spectra are observed. The experimental result seems indicative of the relation between the adsorption of quinoline on surface and the surface morphology which physical and and chemical theoretical model emphasi e respectively. In the last part of the paper, the effect of anion in ORC process is discussed.
