摘    要:基于MATLAB软件具体模拟了曲面工件外表面磨削加工的全过程并进行了加工误差的分析.通过建立两套坐标系,以最短加工时间为原则建立数学模型,分析工件外母线方程为抛物线的曲面加工过程,合理预留磨削进刀量并选取了加工基准,采用圆柱体砂轮,利用插补原理中的逐点比较法,把所要加工的工件外表面等分为19285个微元环,利用坐标变换原理,求出外母线上每一个微元点运动之后的坐标位置,依次模拟出了实际加工轮廓线;并模拟出了每Δt=0.15 s时刻在x轴方向上的进给量和在y轴上的进给量的曲线,以及绕转轴的旋转角度,计算出了在每个Δt伺服周期内的单个微元的位移量,由步进电机的脉冲当量得到每个微元所需的步进电机的脉冲个数.自主划分时间段,并计算了三组步进电机各自应发出的脉冲数和脉冲数在该时段的分布.最后分析了此加工工序选取微元时的舍入误差、插补误差和脉冲当量分配不均引起的累计误差.
