摘    要:丹江口水库是南水北调中线工程的水源供给区,整个规划库区承担着重要的区域公共生态责任.国家对库区水质、水量提出了严格的指标性要求,整体水环境安全是保障调水目标实现的基础性环节.本文在分析了库区污染源及水质现状的基础上,以2010年、2030年为评价目标年,采用D illon模型建立了水体富营养化与磷负荷之间的关系,对丹江口水库富营养化趋势做出宏观模拟分析.结果表明,水库存在富营养化的风险,需要进行纳污能力核算.结合丹江口水库水质现状、水污染特点,以及全国水资源综合规划要求,确定COD和NH3-N为纳污能力计算控制指标,选用河流二维水质模型,对库区局部污染水域纳污能力变化进行模拟分析.结果表明,水库蓄水位加至170m后,计算区域水体的COD、NH3-N月消纳总量相对157m水位时均下降,局部水域纳污能力减弱,国家及库区政府部门应给予重视.
