摘    要:简述了纳米半导体光催化的特点及目前存在的问题,着重介绍了提高光催化效率的途径,包括掺杂,半导体表面光敏化,表面强酸处理贵重金属沉积、半导体复合等。认为如何进一步简化处理手段,有效地利用太阳光和生活中的各种照明光源,将对大规模应用半导体光催化降解污染物具有深远的意义.

Abstract:This paper introduces the characteristics and key problems of nano semiconductor materials,then emphasizes the way to improve efficiency of photocatalysis by ion doping,compsite semiconductors,noble mertal deposition,suface alid treatment and dye sensitization.How to simplify the treatment method and effectively ues of sunlight and various lighting source in life for large-scale applicating in photocatalytic degradation of pollutants semiconductor technology are put forward finally.
