企业信息化是一项具有长期性、艰巨性复杂系统工程,无论是发展中国家企业还是发达国家企业,实施信息化后,企业业绩得到显著改变的很少。因为企业进行信息化建设,不但要根据复杂系统本身内在规律,而且要运用正确的方法来分析和处理此类复杂系统。运用IDEF0方法,建立了企业信息化建设复杂系统模型,使得信息化建设复杂系统明了化、层次化。为处于信息化不同阶段企业实施信息化建设提供参考模型。

The Complicated System Model for Implementing Enterprises Informatization Based on IDEF0 Theory

Enterprises informatization is a kind of complicated system engineering with the long-term and arduous property. Regardless of developing country's enterprises or developed country enterprises, they cannot acquire obviously an outstanding achievement, after implementing Enterprises Informatization(EI). Because enterprises carry out the informatization project, they not only take the inherent law of complicated system into account, but also analyze and deal with this kind of complicated system by the means of correct method system. In virtue of IDEF0 method and Agent technology, the Complicated System Model for Implementing Enterprises Informatization is presented in order to make it hierarchy and perspicuity. This model can be used to instruct enterprises to implement informatization project step by step, and improve the efficiency of implementing IE.
