2012年中国发明专利申请受理和授权年度报告

2012年，面对复杂严峻的国内外经济形势，中国坚持创新驱动，发明专利申请受理和授权延续稳定增长态势，内在结构进一步优化。当年我国发明专利累计授权量突破100万件，成为世界上完成这一目标最短的国家；在整体专利技术实力不断增强的基础上，企业技术创新的主体地位不断得到巩固；与此同时，中国发明专利申请受理和授权的数量分布仍不均衡，关键技术领域的专利实力也有待进一步加强。

Report on Invention Patent Applications and Grants in 2012

While encountering the complex and grim economic situation in 2012, China had a stable increase of the number of invention patent applications received and granted, as well as the improvement of the inner structure based on the innovation driven economy developing pattern. The total amount of invention patent granted by SIPO exceeded 1 million historically, which made China the fastest country to achieve this goal; along with the strengthening of patent technology power in whole, the status of domestic enterprises as the main body of innovation had been consolidated. Furthermore, the phenomenon of imbalanced distribution of invention patent between middle-west area and east area still exists, and China needs to further develop patent technologies in some key fields.
