云南电网日调度计划编制系统

摘    要:以云南电网为背景,利用集成开发工具JBuilder.采用Oraele9i数据库。成功设计开发了结构合理、功能齐全、界面友好,具有很强实用性的基于Web的电网日调度计划编制系统.简要介绍了系统相应的功能设计及其实现的关键技术.该系统涉及云南电网内18个水电厂和7个火电厂.总装机容量达8477MW。可实现从负荷预测、机组开启、出力过程安排、电力电量平衡计算到电网日调度发电计划的编制以及导出数据制作计划报表全过程.

Abstract:On the background of Yunnan successfully designed and developed by power grid, the Web-based daily dispatching plan system is means of JBuilder as the development tool and Oracle9i database as the data saving and managing warehouse. A general idea is offered for the function design and the implementation techniques of the system. The system whose installed capacity is 8 477 MW includes 18 hydropower plants and 7 thermal power plants of electric power network, with reasonable structure and friendly interfaces, as well as strong practicability, etc.. It can process load forecasting, generating set opening, arranging load, electric power and energy balance calculating and making daily dispatching plan and report forms.
