乳酸菌的分离和鉴定及其1,3-PDO的活性测定

摘    要:从红原取样的酸奶中分离出7株乳酸菌,根据《伯杰氏细菌鉴定手册》和《乳酸细菌分类鉴定及实验方法》,依据细菌的菌落特征、菌体形态、生理生化特性初步鉴定这7株乳酸菌分别属于乳球菌属,链球菌属,乳杆菌属.并且通过1,3-丙二醇氧化还原酶活性检测,发现其中一株具有活性.

Abstract:in this research, seven Lactic acid bacteria were isolated from the yoghourt which was sampled from Hongyuan. The characteristic and biochemical analysis showed that the seven LAB belonged to Lactobacillus, Lactococcusand and Streptococcus. Additionally, one of the LAB was found to have the 1,3-PDO activity through the enzyme assays of 1,3-PDO.
