一种基于维层次的Data Cube压缩存储方法

针对维层次的特点，提出一种利用基表元组的标识维来对Data Cube来进行压缩存储（Hierarchical Compress Storage Cube，HCSCube）的方法。在定义基表元组与Data Cube中聚集元组的导出关系后，DataCube中的一些聚集元组的聚集值可以由基表元组导出关系得到，因而可以合并保存，从而实现了Data Cube的压缩存储。理论分析和实验表明，基于维层次的压缩存储方法不仅能显著的减小Data Cube的存储空间，而且在查询效率上也有改进。

Compress Storage Method of Data Cube Based on Dimension's Hierarchy

There are some dimension's hierarchy exists in data cube, a compress storage method of data cube by using identical-dimension of tuple in base table is provided. The aggregate tuple's value can derive from tuple in base table after the derive relation be defined, then can compress the data cube base on this relation. Theoretical analysis and experiments prove that this method not only saves the storage space efficiently, but also carries out a variety of OLAP queries in high efficiency.
