| Abstract: | The implementation of sun wage system among civil servants has caused a certain impact on colleges and universities,which are now running it in various ways in succession.Although"sun-wage"improves teacher's in- come,but it also has some limitations.This article expatiates the causation of"sun-wage"in colleges and universi- ties,the problems in the course of carrying out"sun-wage"policy,and the problems of state wage's system with allowance distribution in colleges and universities.The article gives the suggestion of"sun-wage"distribution which is fit for the university. |
