自控式双馈电动机磁通位置与转速观测的数学模型

摘    要:目前交流电动机矢量控制系统中,磁通矢量的定向和速度反馈大都由光码盘来实现。而光码盘本身在实际应用时易受干扰,怕碰撞,安装困难。这些因素都会造成磁通矢量的定位偏离使系统运行失控。文中基于交流电机统一理论,以自控式双馈电机矢量控制系统为例,介绍了双馈电机磁通观测和速度计算的数学模型,并从便于实现的角度出发,对模型中的微分项进行了简化处理,使模型中的变量均为可测可控的转子电压和电流,其频率为转差频率,有效运算符号都为加减法,从而在体系上初步形成一个无速度传感器的双馈系统模式。

Abstract:At present, He orientation of the flua vector and the speed feedbacd in AC motor vector controlled system are geverally realized by optical-code disk. But the disk is liable to be interferedand striked, especially difficalt in installation, these problems can cause the oriemtation deviationof the flux vector, further resultin system runing out of control. In this paper, based on the unitedtheory of AC motor vector controlled system, a mathematical model on the flux senser and speedcalculating is introduced and the differential element in the model is simplified to realized easily,the model's variables are both detected and controlled rotor voltage and current with rotating-dif- ferente frequency, its valid calculating relation is all addition and subtraction, therefore, aprimarydouble fed system without He speed sensor is obtained.
