非线性单失效模式可靠性分析的逼近方法

摘    要:在传统的可靠性分析中,非线性单失效模式可靠度的计算往往存在很大的偏差,而采用直接积分或数值解析法求解过程复杂,难以实现.针对该问题,文章提出了用线性相关系统失效模式逼近非线性失效模式的方法,并介绍了线性逼近凸安全集和凸失效集2种典型的非线性模式,说明了线性逼近模式的获得、建立方法以及求解过程,并通过算例计算比较,表明该方法具有计算简单、精度高的特点.

Abstract:In the convetional reliability analysis,it is almost impossible to obtain the high precision of nonlinear reliability analysis,and it is complex to compute reliability by using the integration methods or the numerical and analytic methods in many cases.Therefore,it is necessary to give an approach method to nonlinear reliability analysis.In this paper,the problem of nonlinear reliability is transformed to the reliability of linear correlation systems.The gibbous safety region and the gibbous failure region are described.And how to obtain the approaching mode and to construct the computing mode of linear correlation system reliability as well as its algorithm are explained.An example is given to compare the computed results by different methods,which shows that the the method for the computing precision is both simple and accurate enough.
