模-数补偿式线性化器的分析与设计

摘    要:在分析了几种线性化器补偿技术的基础上,提出了一种新方案,该方案利用模拟和数字技术对线性化器的传输函数分别进行粗补偿和精补偿,计算出精补偿量并将其固化到线性化器的存储器中,从而使压控振荡器(VCO)频率特性在600 MHz带宽内线性度优于0.2%.还叙述了模-数混合补偿技术的工作原理,分析了引起拟合误差的因素并推导出计算最大误差的公式.

Abstract:A new method for linearization device compensation is proposed. In this method, the transfer function of the linearization device is roughly compensated and finely compensated using the analog and digital techniques, respectively. The fine compensation quantity is calculated and then solidified into the memory of the linearization device. The linearity of the frequency characteristic of VCO is found to be less than 0. 2% in 600 MHz bandwidth. The principle of the analog-digital composite compensation technique is described and the factors causing fitting errors arc analyzed. The formula for calculating the maximum error is derived.
