基于NK模型的大型工程组织管理策略仿真研究

大型工程在环境上、技术上、管理上都具有较高的不确定性,这对大型工程组织适应性提出了更高的要求。不同的组织管理模式对工程组织适应性有不同的影响,基于NK模型,对大型工程组织适应性进行模拟分析,研究工程组织规模及组织复杂性发生变化时不同组织管理模式对工程组织适应性的影响。研究结果表明:大型工程组织应随工程生命期内组织规模及组织复杂度的变化采取权变的组织管理策略。

Simulation Study of Large-scale Engineering Organization Management Strategy Based on NK Model

Large-scale engineering projects have high uncertainty in the environment, technology and management which puts for- ward higher requirements on the adaptability of large scale engineering organizations. Different organizational management strategies have different influences on the engineering organizational adaptability. This paper made a simulation to analyze the large-scale engi- neering organization adaptability based on NK model to research the influences of different management strategies of large-scale engi- neering organizations making on organization adaptability when size and complexity of organization are changed. The results indicated that the large-scale engineering organization should apply dynamic organization management strategies according to changed size and complexity of organization within the project life cycle.
