| Abstract: | By introducing multi-parameter and estimsting the weight coefficients accurately, using the tech-nic of real analysis, a Hilbert-type inequality with a best constant factor and a homogeneous kernel of real number-degree is given. The equivalent form, the reverses and some particular results are considered. |
