模糊综合评价法在规划环评水质变化趋势分析中的应用

摘    要:通过模糊综合评价,可了解水质及污染物变化趋势,评价结果可为水环境问题与规划制约因素分析提供相关依据.在某陶瓷产业园区的规划环评工作中,采用模糊综合评价法对与规划相关的河流的水质变化趋势进行了分析.模糊综合评价结果表明,规划区域的水环境质量现状良好,水质污染状况呈减缓的趋势,生活污水污染是区域的主要水环境问题,城区污水处理厂与规划的衔接成为规划实施的制约因素之一.

Abstract:The change trend of water quality and the pollutants can be learned by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the result of evaluation can provide the basis for the analysis of water environment and the plan restraining factors. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied in the water quality change trend of some ceramics industrial area concerning planning EIA. The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows the current situation of water quality in the plan district is good and the trend of pollution is slowing down. The main problem of water environment is pollution by domestic sewage. One of the restraining factors in the planning EIA is the connection of the city sewage treatment plant and the planning.
