基于多智能体技术的复杂零件数控编程系统研究

摘    要:根据复杂零件数控编程的分布式智能决策的设计需要,建立了一种基于多智能体技术的复杂零件数控编程系统模型.该模型开发了多个Agent系统,使用一个管理智能体通过黑板机制使每一个智能体能够与黑板通信,智能体之间在黑板上进行信息分享与协作.研究表明,应用多智能体技术设计的复杂零件数控编程管理系统能降低数控编程的复杂性和提高数控编程的效率.

Abstract:In terms of the needs for distributed intelligent policy decision in NC programming of complex parts,a model of NC progmmning system of complex parts based on multi-agent technology was estab- lished, which developed many agent systems, used a system management intelligent agent to Control each agent' s communication with the blackboard model by blackboard mechanism and to make intelligent agents share the information and cooperate between one another on the blackboard. The research results show that the NC programming system of complex parts can reduce the complexity and the efficiency of NC program- ming.
