寄生在鳖体内五种吸虫的扫描电镜观察

用扫描电镜研究了五种寄生于湖北及湖南鳖体内的复殖吸虫——东方簇盾吸虫、杯盾吸虫、细口吸虫、武汉后睾吸虫、高麻吸虫的体表形态.较详细地论及它们的体棘及体棘变化、口吸盘、腹吸盘、排泄孔、交接囊及感觉乳突的亚显微结构.

SCANNING ELECTRONIC MICROSCOPY OF FIVE SPECIES OF TREMATODES FROM THE CHINESE TURTLE

With SEM a detailed study has been carried out of the body surface topography of the trematodes Lophotaspis ofientalis Faust and Tang, 1936, Cotylaspis sp. Astiotrema sp. Opisthonchis wuhanesis Chin and Zhang, 1981, and Kaurma orientalis Yamaguti, 1937. Five species of degeneans were collected from the Chinese turtle, Trionyx sinensis ( Wiegmann ) in Provinces Hubei and Hunan, and the ultrastructure of the spinous body, changes of tegumen-tal spine, oral sucker, acelabulum, urinary pore, cirrus and sensory papillae have been comprehensively dealt with.
