土工格栅与土工格室加筋机理比较

摘    要:文章介绍土工格室这种新型的土工合成材料,并比较了土工格栅和格室加筋路堤的作用机理。土工格室与土工格栅最大的不同在于,由于前者具有一定的厚度,所以具有一定的抗弯能力,能有效扩散从上部结构传来的竖向应力;同时发挥类似于"深基础"的作用,能大大提高地基的承载能力。

Abstract:A kind of novel geosynthetic material,geocell,is introduced,and a comparison is made between geocell and geogrid in terms of the reinforcing mechanism when they are used to reinforce the embankment. The most notable difference between geocell and geogrid is that geocell has certain thickness and possesses certain bending strength,so it can spread the vertical stress from the upper structure effectively and play a role similar to that of deep foundations,thus the bearing capability of the subgrade can be enhanced greatly.
