摘    要:该文分析了传统和准时制两种采购管理模式,提出了供应商的选择在采购管理中的重要性。通过对供应商选择方法的研究,将层次分析方法引入供应商评价中。层次分析的思想是把复杂问题分解成各个因素,再把这些因素按支配关系构建递阶层次结构。通过两两比较的方式确定各个层次中因素的相对重要性。层次分析法采用定性与定量相结合,既考虑了客观因素又没有忽视人的经验和主观判断能力,使复杂的问题简单化,并建立了有效的供应商评价指标体系并进行了实例验证。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the traditional and the two JIT procurement management,vendor selection proposed importance in the procurement management.Through the study of supplier selection methods,the Analytic Hierarchy Process introducing supplier evaluation.AHP idea is to break down complex problems into various factors,then dominated by the relationship between these factors to build hierarchical structure.Determine the relative importance of various factors in the hierarchy by pairwise comparison approach.AHP uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative,objective factors into account both the man and did not ignore the experience and subjective judgment,so that simplify complex issues and to establish an effective evaluation system suppliers and examples of validation.
