| Abstract: | This paper expounds the importance of librarians＇ quality in library＇ s reading guidance and the targets of library＇s reading guidance, analyzes the reading psychology, reading habits and reading needs of the students of the art school at different ages, and points out that the library should adopt corresponding reading guidance modes according to the features of the readers. |
