| 摘 要： | 本文详细叙述了Φ５０ 三辊联合穿轧机的轧辊及顶头的设计方法、穿轧无缝钢管的轧制表制定方法。提出并实现了该轧机轧辊及顶头的计算机ＳＰＴ 设计程序。并简述了该程序的研制过程、程序的功能及特点等。实践证明，本文介绍的方法和程序实用可行，具有一定的实用意义。
