摘    要:为改善聚烯烃(PO)体系强度,对钛酸钾晶须(K2Ti6O13,PTW)进行表面无机包硅处理。并比较了硅烷偶联剂改性前后晶须对PO增强性能的改变.实验结果表明,包硅处理后经硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面改性的PTW能与PO基体更好地相容,达到较好的增强效果。在添加量10%的情况下,PO体系的冲击强度略有下降,但拉伸强度提高40%.

Abstract:Potassium titanate whiskers(PTW, molecular formula is K_2Ti_6O_(13)) were coated with inorganic SiO_2 and then modified with silane coupling agent KH-570. The tensile and impact strength of a series of polyolefin composite materials filling with PTW were studied. It is concluded that the SiO_2 coated PTW can be perfectly combined with KH-570 and then excellently reinforce the PO matrix. The tensile strength of PO can be improved with an increase of about 40% with 10% PTW coated with SiO_2 and then modified with KH-570 while the impact strength has a low decrease of less than 10%.
