| 摘 要： | １９９７年长沙市人均居住面积为８．１５ｍ＾２，低于湖南全省城市８．６６ｍ＾２的平均水平，列湖南省２９个城市的第２１位。选用灰色关联分析和ＧＭ（１，１）模型对长沙市１９９０－１９９７年人均居住面积及主要影响因素的时间序列资料进行了定量分析，揭示了长沙市人均居住面积偏低的原因及其解决对策。

| Abstract: | The per capita living space of Changsha was 8.15?m 2 in 1997,and lower than the average level 8.66?m 2 of all the cities in Hunan.This paper analyses the time series data of Changsha's per capita living space and its major influence factors by means of grey correlation analysis and GM(1,1),reveals the causes which the per capita living space of Changsha is backward,and puts forward the countermeasures which accelerates the housing construction of Changsha. |
