一维周期阻尼薄板结构的隔声特性

摘    要:针对特定的薄板,借助FE-SEA方法,利用全频段声学仿真软件VAone建立了薄板隔声模型。分析了一维周期阻尼的分布,阻尼个数以及覆盖率等因素对薄板隔声特性的影响。结果表明,在阻尼间隔为100 mm时薄板的的隔声效果最好,在全频率段出10块阻尼的隔声效果最好;随着阻尼覆盖率的增大,隔声效果越来越好,但却不呈现一维周期阻尼的特点。二维周期阻尼由于能发挥x,y两个方向周期阻尼结构的优势,在63~1 000 Hz隔声效果好于一维周期阻尼。因此,对于一维周期阻尼结构需要调整周期阻尼结构的晶格常数及阻尼个数和覆盖率,以使隔声量达到最大。

Sound transmission loss of thin plate with 0ne-dimensional periodic damping
Abstract:For a particular thin plate , By using of FE-SEA method and full-band acoustic simulation software VAone to establish a sound insulation thin plate model ,The influence of one - dimensional periodic damping, by analyzing the distribution,number of damping, and the coverage of the thin plate .The results showThe :sound insulation effect of thin plate is best when the damping interval is 100mm.At the full frequency segment, the effect of the damping of the 10 block is the best.With the increase of coverage, the sound insulation effect is better and better, but it does not show the characteristics of one-dimensional periodic damping.Because of the advantages of x, y two direction periodic damping structure, the sound insulation effect is better than one dimensional periodic damping in 63-1000Hz.Therefore, the lattice constant and damping number and coverage of the periodic damping structure are required reasonable, so that the sound insulation is the largest.
