| 摘 要： | 天然产物提取是大学有机化学实验的经典实验.结合超声辅助固-液萃取和水蒸气蒸馏从废次烟叶中提取烟碱,获得了从烟叶中提取烟碱的最佳条件.既可以强化学生的环保和节约意识,培养学生的创新思维能力,又可以使学生掌握绿色化学的实用技术.
