企业战略的生态学透视

摘    要:企业战略是动态协调企业组织和外部客观环境的社会生态系统,具有丰富的生态学内涵。企业战略是战略生态系统的基本元素和原型结构,企业战略要素是从生态学视角分析企业战略的突破口。根据六种企业战略要素之间的内部组合,可以划分四种战略。四种企业战略的特性及联系体现了企业战略的生态学要求和它作为自组织系统的演进历程。生态学角度的战略分析对于我国企业在资源环境约束条件下的战略选择有现实指导价值。

Abstract:Corporate strategy is a social ecosystems harmonizing organization and external objective environment to achieve dynamic fit,which has abundant ecological meaning.Corporate strategy is the basic element and archetype structure of strategic ecosystems,corporate strategy could be analyzed pierced through corporate strategic elements.According to internal combination of six corporate strategic elements,four types of corporate strategy are plot out.Characteristics of four types of corporate strategy and their relation embody ecological connotation of corporate strategy and evolutionary course as self-organizing system.These analyses could guide strategic choice of Chinese enterprises in the constraints of resource and environment.
