| 摘 要： | 解读宪法谓何是解读宪法现象的基础，认识宪法必须首先从分析宪法的逻辑起点入手，用历史的方法，立足宪法或宪法现象本身，在考虑宪法多样性的基础上，对宪法是根本法、宪法是阶级力量对比关系的体现、宪法是总章程、宪法是民主政治的法律化等传统观点进行反思，才能全面深入的理解宪法的内涵。

| Abstract: | The comprehension of what a constitution is is the basis of under studying constitutions and constitutional phenomena. At first, we should analyze the logic of constitutions, putting to use the historical analytic way,standing on the constitution and constitutional phenomenon themselves, noticing the variety of constitutional phenomenon. And only by reflection on the traditional view, such as that constitution is the fundamental law, is the strength comparison between classes, is a general statute, can we grasp the connotation of constitution. |
