花生麸中膳食纤维含量的测定

摘    要:采用Prosky法测定了花生麸中膳食纤维的含量,测定结果显示花生麸中水溶性膳食纤维含量为9.26%,水不溶性膳食纤维含量为39.58%。

Abstract:The amount of dietary fibre in peanut cake has been determined by Prosky method. The results showed that the soluble and insoluble dietary fibres in peanut cake are 9.26% and 39.58% respectively.
