摘    要:能源效率与排放总量之间存在"杰文斯悖论",鉴于此,需要从生活方式和社会行为研究视角(Thelifestyle and social-behavioral,LSB)研究排放问题。构建碳排放投入产出模型,以2001~2009年中国城镇居民消费数据为样本,核算个人嵌入式碳足迹(Embedded Carbon Footprints,ECF),并分析其结构演化规律。研究表明,当个人消费支出高于10000元拐点时,总的ECF排放强度将会上升,这主要是由于享受型排放强度的上升,但与此同时,生存型和发展型排放强度会下降;中国正走向一条高碳消费的道路,结构性排放强度仍有上升的空间。基于以上分析,在扩大消费的背景下,为减缓碳排放,应加大需求管理。

Abstract:Because of the "Jevons Paradox" existing between efficiency improvement and energy consumption,the research on the energy use and emission needed to be further investigated from the perspective of the lifestyle and social-behavioral(LSB).In this paper,a carbon emission input-output model was built to calculate the Embedded Carbon Footprints(ECF) in Chinese urban inhabitants,the structure and the evolution laws of ECF are also discussed.The study shows that:(1) the total ECF would be increased when the individual consummation reaches the inflection point of 10,000 yuan,which is mostly induced by the increment of enjoyment emission and decrement of live emission;and(2) China is taking a road to high-carbon consumption and the intensity of structural emission will be increased.According to the above analysis,we suggested that government should increase the strength of demand management and establish the system of quota system of carbon emission.
