| 摘 要： | 研究刺五加多糖的不同干燥方法对其质量分数的影响．对喷雾干燥和冷冻干燥的刺五加多糖的质量分数进行比较．冷冻干燥法优于喷雾干燥法，其质量分数测定采用苯酚一浓硫酸法，简便易行．

| Abstract: | To study different methods of drying acanthopanax and the influence of its different drying content. This paper compares the content between spray dry and freeze dry samples of acanthopanax sentixosus. The experiment results showed that the method of freeze dry is better than that of spray dray. |
