| 摘 要： | 本文分类鉴定了226种大型经济真菌,其中有食用价值的真菌168种,有药用价值的真菌98种(其中有抗癌活性的53种)、有毒性的真菌44种。基本搞清了山东省大型野生经济真菌的资源种类和分布,为其开发利用积累了资料,提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper 226 species of economic wild large fungi were classified and determinated.Among them 168 species have edible value, 98 species have medicinal value(In these 53 species have anticoncer activities), and 44 species have toxicity.Now the species and distributiond of the resources in Shandong Province have been studied clearly, providing scientific bases and collecting material for the exploitaton and utilization. |
