| 摘 要： | 通过对行星摆线针轮减速机轮齿啮合噪声分析,表明摆线轮、针轮、输出轴和偏心套等零件关键部位的制造误差是产生噪声的主要原因,从工艺角度提出提高零件制造精度和专用胎具精度降低噪声的方法。

| Abstract: | The engage gears noise analysis of the planet cycloidal needle wheel decelerator showed that manufacturing errors of key positions of spare parts such as cycloidal wheel,needle wheel,output shaft and lack impartiality set etc.were the main reason of producing noise.In the view of technology,the method of reducing noise is to improve the manufacturing precision of the spare parts and the special matrix precisions. |
