| 摘 要： | 电容通过霍尔元件的作用表现为感性元件,与另一电容元件可组成用于选频的调谐电路。在集成电路中,由于易于制作电容元件,所以霍尔元件调谐器在大规模集成电路中将可能得到广泛应用。

| Abstract: | A capacitor can behave as an inductor by the functions of Hall effect. A tuning circuit can be constructed by such a Hall component and another capacitor (Hall tuning device). Because making capacitor is easier than making inductors, using Hall tuning device insteads of inductor in the LSIC will be possible in the future. |
