论高校思想政治工作与人本回归

高校思想政治工作存在偏离人本的现象,忽视大学生的主体性、个性发展、自身需要和价值,必须回归到"以人为本"的教育理念上来,科学理解把握高校思政工作"以人为本"的内涵要求,以大学生的需要为出发点,以大学生的发展完善为目的,转变思想观念,将服务主体与教育主体有机统一起来,建立个性化培养制度,引导学生全面发展.

On Ideological and Political Work at Institutions of Higher Learning and the Return of Human -oriented Ideal

There exists deviation at institutions of higher learning from human- oriented ideal in ideological and political work, with no attention to the subjectivity, individual development, personal needs and values of college students. The ideological and political work requires the return of the educational ideal of human- orientation, understanding and mastering scientifically the connotation of human- orientation based on the needs of college students as the starting point, the development and consummation of college students as the purpose. It also requires the change of thoughts and ideas, uniting the service subjects systematically with the education subjects, establishing individual training system to lead students to achieve all- round development.
