| 摘 要： | 骑楼是近代形成的南方商住建筑类型,通过对骑楼建筑概念的剖析,重新认识骑楼的当代价值.在讨论当前建设中面临的新问题与相应的解决办法之后指出,今后的骑楼建设中必须超越近代骑楼的建筑模式,将其作为半室外步行方式的重要类型,构成城市多样化的、宜人的步行系统.

| Abstract: | Qi-lou,an architectural style of street shop-house with an arcade in front of it,is commerce and dwelling architecture type in south China.The architecture concept of Qi-lou is analyzed,and its modern value is redefined.Analyzing new questions that current Qi-lou confronts,it is pointed out that Qi-lou should exceed the modern time pattern,should be regarded as an important semi-outdoor pedestrian type to diversify the urban walking system. |
