Prajnaparamitahrdayasutra is also called Hrdayasutra for short.It is considered as the essence of all Prajna Sutra and has its place in the Tibetan Buddhism.Moreover,it has an important effect on the Han＇s Buddhism and believers.There are few comparative studies of the Chinese and the Tibetan translation of Hrdayasutra.It is of great significance to compare the two translations for studying Chinese and Tibetan language,vocabulary,and translation methods as well as the history of the exchanges of the Han＇s and Tibetan Buddhism and the process of culture exchange and history fusion of the two nationalities.
