钼掺杂氧化铁基纳米材料的合成及气敏性能研究

摘    要:利用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成掺杂钼的Fe2O3复合氧化物对H2S等还原性气体有很高的灵敏度,并利用XRD对产品的物相进行了分析;用TEM或SEM对粉体晶粒的粒径和形貌进行了观察;将产物粉体制成气敏元件,采用静态配气法在气敏测试仪上进行了灵敏度和响应-恢复曲线的测试,研究证明钼铁复合氧化物对H2S气体有很好的气敏特性,其中...

Abstract:A serial of nanometer materials are synthesized by sol-gel method in the citric acid system,The structure and crystal phase of the powders are characterized on an X-ray diffractometer;the shape and size are analyzed with the help of JSM-6390LV scan electron microscopy or JEM-100X Transmission electron microscopy.The product powders are made up gas sensors and gas sensitivities of these materials to different gas are tested on the gas-sensing propertied testing instrument.Respond that 0.33MoO3-Fe2O3 and 0.5MoO3-Fe2O3 have higher sensitivity to H2S.0.5MoO3-Fe2O3 is spherical with the mean grain size of 30 nm,has higher sensitivity(96)to H2S at the optimum working temperature(300 ℃),The response and reversion characteristic of sensor are good.
