涡街流量计的传感信号放大电路设计

摘    要:涡街流量计的传感信号放大一直是该流量仪表设计中的一大难点.小信号处理不好会造成量程比受限,小流量不能测量;还会产生50Hz干扰,信号自激.通过改进涡街流量计传感信号放大电路设计,从而提高了测量量程比,根除了信号自激现象,有效地解决了这些问题.

Abstract:Vortex flowmeter sensor signal amplification is a major difficulty of the flow meter design.Unproper processing of signal may cause the small range of signal processing limited.Low flow can not be measured,which will produce 50Hz interference and the self-excitation signal.Introduced by this sensor vortex flowmeter,signal amplification circuit design solves these problems effectively,improving the measurement range and eradicating the phenomenon of self-excitation signal.
